It all started with a simple follow on Instagram. What began as a small curiosity soon turned into conversations that felt different—effortless, genuine, and somehow familiar. The more we talked, the more we discovered how naturally we understood each other. It was more than simply getting along; it felt like finding a connection we had both been waiting for, without even knowing it.
When we finally met in person, the feeling was undeniable. Somehow, the person we had come to know through countless conversations felt even more right standing beside us. But it was in the days that followed that our love truly began to take shape. We saw each other not only in our happiest moments, but also in our imperfections, our difficult days, and the parts of ourselves that were not always easy to love. Yet, instead of walking away, we learned to stay—with patience, understanding, and a love that chose to accept rather than change.
And perhaps that is what made this love feel so rare. Not because everything was always perfect, but because we found someone who made us feel that we didn’t have to be perfect to be loved. Somewhere along the way, we realized that finding someone who truly understands, accepts, and loves us as we are is a once-in-a-lifetime kind of gift.
Today, we look back with grateful hearts at every moment that brought us here. From the first conversation to this moment, every step has led us to one another. And as we begin this new chapter, we carry the same feeling that started it all—the certainty that, of all the paths we could have taken, we are grateful ours led us to each other.
